FROM THE FOUNDER
Food is all around us. It not only defines who we are but more importantly, it affects how we live.
My passion for food has been with me my entire life. From even a young age, I was drawn to the kitchen both as an observer and as a participant. What ‘training’ I can claim comes from the lessons of my mother and grandmother, as well as my time spent as a freelance food stylist.
Armed with a strong background and ever-present interest for science, I always enjoyed the hours spent in the kitchen, at the same time yearning to make the kitchen a career.
Cooking will always be one of my greatest passions but I have come to realize that the pen can be just as mighty as the knife and with the right teacher, just as intriguing as any science lesson.
I am a teacher, writer, stylist and friend.
